[Ad-Gifted]: Manuka RX Ointment Review šŸ’› šŸ‡³šŸ‡æ

Dry skin, combination skin, oily skin: whichever your skin type we all experience skin issues that need a little TLC with a natural remedy. The Manuka RX ointment, infused with Manuka Oil sourced from New Zealand, is “a local topical application for burns, chafing, cuts, cracked skin, splinters, minor abrasions, wounds, insect bites and nappy rash”.

The balm like formula contains:

Ricinus Communis (Castor) seed oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) seed oil, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Leptospermum Scorparium (Manuka) oil, Tribehenin (glycerin and behenic acid), Theobroma Cacao Seed (Cocoa) butter, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) butter, Tocopherol (vitamin E) acetate, Calendula Officinalis flower oil, Curcuma Longa Root (turmeric) oil.

I used it on some mosquito bites on my arms and less for a week straight; even from one time use I felt a soothing sensation and the temperature of my skin reduced. After 2-3 days of applying the ointment twice per day, the redness became less prominent. I think it’s a trustworthy ointment mainly due to its high concentration of natural ingredients; it’s much more comforting to use a multipurpose skincare product like this as opposed to complex creams that we either have to get prescribed by a Doctor or are sold by a Pharmacist.

The brand recently added two new products to their range: a healing oil for dry skin and a healing acne oil. Of course I can’t recommend these items as I have not experience of testing them out for myself; however if these new additions have just as many natural components as the ointment, I can see that it would be beneficial for dry or acne skin types which can easily worsen with chemical skin treatments.

šŸ’¬ Have you heard of this brand before?

šŸ’¬ Do you use any skincare containing Manuka Honey?
