4-Terpineol, sometimes also referred to as Terpinen-4-ol, is gradually becoming present in skin care both in the Western and Korean beauty industries. Typically this ingredient which stems from Tea Tree Oil, is used in cosmetics to target blemishes and breakouts. 4-Terpineol is extracted from Tea Tree leaves and contains one of the most high concentrations of antioxidants and anti inflammatories among all derivatives of Tea Tree.
